না ভাই, দুবাইয়ের সব visa বন্ধ হয়নি। কিছু visa এখনও open, আবার কিছু closed। Problem হলো, অনেকেই proper information জানেন না, আর wrong ধারণা নিয়ে life changing opportunity মিস করে ফেলেন।

No, my brother — not all visas for Dubai are closed. Some visas are still open, while others are closed.
